Eventbrite will email tickets with the booking confirmation. This is for your information only and you are not required to bring the ticket with you to the event.
Workshop booking and payment is through Eventbrite but if you’d prefer to pay on line or by cheque, please contact us.
Many of our workshops offer refreshments. If you have any dietary requirements please inform us in advance.
Most of our venues are fully accessible, but please do contact us if you have any concerns.
For cancellation up to 30 days before the event a full refund will be given, less Eventbrite fees. For cancellation less than 30 days before the event no refund will be given, however if we are able to fill the place a full refund will be made less Eventbrite fees.
Cancellation of Workshops
Each workshop needs a minimum number of participants to run and if insufficient places have been sold, we will regrettably have to cancel the workshop. We will contact you no less than 72 hours before the event to offer you an alternative workshop or a full refund in the unlikely event of a workshop being cancelled.
